  • stay in comfy clothes
  • drink coffee (hot or iced)
  • read books
  • watch Netflix
  • curl up under blankets (if necessary)
  • disconnect from social media/isolate
  • connect with select few people
  • hot bath with LUSH product(s) (if I have access to a large enough tub)
